The Fitness Scientists guarantee is subject to:

 

  1. You or the individuals in your organisation must achieve 3 hours minimum per week (3 workouts) of The Fitness Scientists workouts. If not in person, video evidence must be produced.

  2. You or the individuals in your organisation must action all advised health improvements including; fasting, dietary changes, smoking, alcohol drinking etc. as laid out in the fitness scientists plans. Evidence must be provided in the form of a diary or journal.

  3. If at any time you or one person in your organisation achieves an improvement in fitness, as shown by our scoring system,  this will be seen as a success and fulfilling the guarantee.

  4. Not actioning points 1 & 2 at any time will void the guarantee.
